Shipping policy
Standard delivery is to the ground floor/hallway of the building. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and where applicable this is free for most of Mainland Britain however there is an additional surcharge for delivery to some areas which will be included during checkout. We are currently unable to ship outside of the British mainland.
For smaller items such as baskets which can be sent as parcels, shipping is currently free on orders over £75.
Please provide a mobile number and email address during the checkout process so that our courier can offer a delivery slot to you via text message or email. You will have the option to accept or decline the suggested slot, although please note that it is not usually possible to request a specific date or time.
Two man delivery
2-man delivery to a room of your choice is available at an extra cost and is available as an option during checkout. This will be required if you need your order to be delivered to a specific room or up a flight of stairs.
Failed delivery
If you have accepted a delivery slot and you are not available to receive the delivery within that agreed slot, you may be asked to pay to arrange re-delivery. Storage fees may apply if for any reason you are unable to accept delivery within an agreed timeframe. Please let us know beforehand if you are likely to be away.
Access
Please ensure that you have considered the size of the product and that access is unobstructed as it is your responsibility to ensure that all deliveries fit through your door. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to the items being too large to fit through your door, a returns charge will apply.
In the event of a return, please retain any packaging until you are completely satisfied as the item must be suitably repackaged if being returned.
